Refer friends, family, co-workers & acquaintances, when they are in need of the BEST injury attorneys in Arizona.
After they sign with the attorney, get 5% of the attorney's piece of the settlement or get paid upfront.
That’s it!

Item Link List Item 4Everything is 100% legal and ethical. In 2021, Arizona eliminated Ethical Rule 5.4 prohibiting sharing fees with a non-lawyer, and Ethical Rule 7.2(b) prohibiting giving “anything of value” to anyone for recommending a lawyer.
This means now you can get a percentage of the attorney's piece of the settlement or get paid upfront through Arizona Injury Watch.
We are specifically looking for injury victims who were not at fault and their injuries were caused by a third party. We take all accident claims and only pay out on the claims where the victim signs with our attorneys to represent them and becomes an official client.
We only work with the best attorneys. We vet all the attorneys we are partnered with and do quality checkups regularly with them to ensure all victims are taken care of with the best quality. If an attorney does not meet our standards, we simply do not work with them.
Many attorneys in Arizona are marketing mills. They take in as many cases as they can and farm out all of the work to other law firms. This process minimizes the quality the victim receives. It is hard to decipher what attorneys actually practice, but we assure all our partnered attorenys practice and will litigate the victim's case if need be to ensure you receive the highest settlement possible.
Absolutely not!
Your percentage is coming directly from a percentage of what the attorney receives. In Arizona, on average an attorney will receive 33% of the total settlement of the victim’s case. This is because they work on a contingency fee meaning if they do not win the case, they do not get paid. If they do, they get the arrangement amount that was finalized with the victim before signing the attorney to represent them.
We will provide you with monthly updates about the case, but no specific client information will be shared.
These cases take six months minimum up to years. Anything more frequent would be a burden to you and our team. We will make sure to update you on every injury victim you refer.
Nothing. In the words of Michael Scott from The Office, “It's not a Pyramid scheme, it’s not even a scheme per se”...
That was a joke and if you never have watched The Office it probably went over your head, but really you will only get credit for those you refer into Arizona Injury Watch. You will get 2.5% of all the injury victims they refer.
Our goal is to expand our network to ultimately help victims get the BEST representation while assisting those who refer their friends, family, and other acquaintances to get value for their referrals.
Disclaimer: Arizona Injury Watch is not an attorney or law firm and as such can not provide you with legal advice, however may refer you to an attorney who can provide you with legal advice.
All cases referred to Arizona Injury Watch are quality reviewed and fraud checked with our attorney partners. If the referrer looks to have used ANY illegal or unethical practices to obtain the case we will not continue with helping the victim and Arizona Injury Watch will not accept future referrals from that specific referrer in the future.
All case information is kept confidential and the only review process for Arizona Injury Watch is to ensure the case meets all standards to forward to the attorney. Any attorney-client relationship will be set up directly with the attorneys that take on your case and the victim will have the right to set up their own terms with the attorneys.
